How are services billed?

Visits are $110/hour with one-hour minimum. Additional time is billed at $55 per 30 minutes.

Do you take Insurance?

No, Elevation RN is a private-pay service and does not bill medical insurance.

Travel Policy and Service Area

Tier 1 (30-60 miles): + $60 flat travel fee

Tier 2 (60-90 miles): + $120 flat travel fee

90+ miles or out-of-state: custom quote

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of booking. Health insurance is not accepted.

Do you offer overnight care?

Overnight care (up to 12 hours) is available for a $1,200 flat fee.

Is Elevation RN licensed and insured?

Yes, Elevation RN is operated by a licensed Registered nurse and is fully insured.
