Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania.

Her nursing career began as a medical-surgical nurse, before she transitioned into skilled nursing care, where she developed a strong commitment to caring for the elderly.

She later relocated to Austin, Texas, where she worked in inpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic hospital units.

Lindsay is a multiple-time recipient of the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses, a national recognition honoring clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.

In 2025, Lindsay returned to Colorado to continue her nursing career in home health. Having been frequently asked by patients to assist with their care following discharge. Lindsay founded Elevation RN to provide skilled, personalized care beyond the hospital.

Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, cycling, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her three adult children.
